Hepatoscope Update Procedure
Practical recommendations

Software updates may take 5 to 10 minutes and will require at minimum to sign out from your laptop profile.

Therefore, it is recommended to perform Hepatoscope updates at the end of the working day.
Hepatoscope software update procedure
- Launch the ES-Series App Store from the Windows Start menu.
- Connect to your ES-Series App Store account with the ID and PW that were provided to you in the “Welcome to the E-Scopics Community!” email.
- Click on “Update” at the bottom right below the Hepatoscope license information.
- You will then be able to enjoy the new version of Hepatoscope!
Note: If a firmware update of the e.C5-1 probe is required, please follow the instructions that will be displayed on the Hepatoscope screen at the first connection of the probe to the newly installed Hepatoscope. DO NOT unplug the probe from the laptop, until invited to do so.
What has been implemented since V2.1.9
- Addition of specific regulatory requirements for business development.
Software bug fixes
- A software bug has been fixed that was preventing to scroll saved screenshots.
Product improvements
- Administrators now have the possibility to add default sentences and images in the system settings that will be automatically incorporated to the report, either on the first page only, or in every page footer.
- Operators now have the possibility to add specific comments to each exam that will be incorporated on the first report page.
- The layout of the exam report is now compatible with 2 saved images per page.
Hepatoscope App settings
- Other than the report settings that are new to Hepatoscope, all administrators settings are maintained after software updates.
